Are additional approvals from supervisory authorities required for the use of the RealTrac local positioning system?

The RealTrac local positioning system operates in the 2.4GHz band, radio power does not exceed 20 dBm (100 mW) and following RF Government Decree № 476 of 25 July 2007 “On introducing amendments to the RF Government Decree № 539 of 12 October 2004 on the “Procedure of Registration of Radio Electronic Equipment and High Frequency Devices” and Order № 113 of 9 September 2002 of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation “On Approval of the Requirements for Organizational and Technical Support of the Public Communications Network Stable Functioning” does not require additional approvals or authorizations for commissioning.
