The RealTrac Collision Awareness System (hereinafter referred to as “The System”) is a product designed in order to provide: dangerous proximity detection; issuing warning to the driver and objects detected in such proximity; collision awareness between vehicles and personnel.

• Possibilities of flexible adjustment of detection zones both in size and shape (allows taking into account the peculiarities of the vehicle, the direction of its movement)

• It is especially important at remote sites, in deep quarries, etc.
• Works equally well in open areas and indoors on the same devices
• It allows using the system not only in open sites, but also in maintenance service areas, buildings etc.
• Object detection both at close and far distances:
• Through the use of technologies with different radio frequencies, the system not only accurately determines the direction and distance to nearby objects, but also sees objects at a distance of up to 200 meters
• Objects are detected both in the line of sight and around the corner

PROD VCD 030

The basic function of the Vehicle Control Display (VCD) is to calculate the direction and distance between the personal tag and the antennas connected to the control unit in one of 3 zones.

The front panel display allows the operator to receive information about the vehicles and personnel in the vicinity using the RealTrac Collision Awareness System.

Notification methods implemented in PROD VCD 030:

• Light indicator on the display
• Sound alarm by a built-in or external speaker
• With AUX devices

The PROD VCD 030 control unit is specially designed for use in industrial environments. Its housing has an IP67 degree protection, which makes it completely impervious to dust and adequately protected against water ingress.

PROD VBU 030

The basic function of the device is to determine the distance to the personal tag or other antennas of the RealTrac™ Collision Awareness System. 

The PROD VBU 030 antenna is specially designed for use in industrial environments. Its housing has an IP67 degree, which makes it completely indifferent to dust and water.
