PROD TAG 420

PROD TAG 420 is a precise positioning personal tag for RealTrac Positioning (RTLS), mounted on an industrial smartphone. The tag and the smartphone form a single wearable device, so employees do not need to carry them separately.

The smartphone provides communication, photo capture and outdoor navigation; the tag provides indoor positioning with an accuracy of up to 1 m and safety functions. The tag signal is received by PROD POINT 520 access points (explosion-proof version: EXIA POINT 520), and the server calculates the coordinates and shows the employee on the map in real time.

• Emergency UHF channel for delivering alarms and critical notifications
• SOS button, 2G / 3G / 4G (LTE), pLTE and MCPTT for priority voice communication
• Electronic work permits and the RealTrac interface on the smartphone screen
• Photo capture linked to indoor coordinates
• Integration with MES / EAM / ERP via the RealTrac API
