PROD TAG 411

PROD TAG 411 is a personal tag for underground operations that combines precise UWB positioning and the RealTrac Anticollision system in a single compact device mounted on a helmet or cap lamp cable, providing bright light and loud sound indication of five types of alarms and notifications, two-way BLE communication with wristbands and workwear tags, detection of falls and lack of movement, and is designed to operate from the lamp battery for at least one shift under high humidity, dust, temperature and pressure fluctuations, with a protection rating up to IP67 and the possibility of explosion-proof design.​

Main features of PROD TAG 411​

• One tag for two tasks: precise UWB positioning of personnel and operation in the RealTrac Anticollision system for monitoring dangerous proximity to machinery.​

• Increased range of precise positioning: up to 100 m from access points and CAS antennas while maintaining high accuracy within the working range.​

• Thought-out ergonomics: the tag is mounted into the side slot of the helmet and on the cap lamp cable, practically not adding weight to the equipment and not interfering with work.​

Maximum visibility for the miner​

• Bright light indication directed forward or to the feet so that the signals are clearly visible to the helmet wearer rather than only to surrounding people.​

• Five clear light and sound modes: global alarm, entry into a danger zone, red and yellow Anticollision zones, as well as individual notifications.​

• Sound signals with loudness at the level of existing tags PROD TAG 210 / PROD TAG 730, clearly distinguishable in a noisy mine environment.​

Intelligent safety functions​

• Detection of falls and long motionless periods: the system can automatically draw the dispatcher’s attention to a potential incident.​

• Transmission of steps and movement from the built-in pedometer to improve the accuracy of building the worker’s route in the positioning system.​

• Two-way BLE communication with wristbands and tags in workwear: alarm acknowledgment, monitoring the presence of people within the machine’s visibility zone.​

Reliable in real mine conditions​

• Designed for operation from the Far North to deep hot workings: low and high temperatures, high humidity, pressure drops.​

• Protection rating at least IP67, the design is intended for constant bending of the lamp cable, dust, and moisture.​

• Housing concept allows explosion-proof execution for mines where this is critical according to industrial safety requirements.​

Integration into existing infrastructure​

• Powered from the cap lamp battery without a noticeable reduction of lamp operating time per shift.​

• Option to integrate electronics directly into the lamp battery compartment if only zonal positioning is required.​

• Compatibility with RealTrac Positioning and RealTrac Anticollision products, forming a single underground safety ecosystem.
