Implementation stages

1. Needs gathering and assessment

What we do

At this stage, our team identifies your needs and the tasks you want to solve with the RealTrac industrial safety system.

What you get

This lets us offer the solution with the best set of functions for the specific tasks your business faces.

2. Site survey

What we do

At this stage, to work out the project in more detail, our project team surveys your site together with the relevant specialists of your company. We identify the systems in use, the operating conditions and the availability of the engineering systems needed at the equipment installation points to run the RealTrac industrial safety system.

What you get

A thorough site survey lets us take every detail of your site into account when designing the local positioning system and make the best use of the engineering systems you already have. If the survey reveals difficulties with connecting to utility networks (power, local area network), the project will include the proposed modifications, which can be carried out during installation.

3. Design

What we do

Once we receive the plans and layouts of your site, we start designing the future RealTrac system network. The design takes into account the key equipment locations and the points where equipment should be placed for optimal positioning coverage of the buildings and grounds of your site.

What you get

This gives optimal coverage of your site by the local positioning network and uses only the number of tags you actually need, so the system solves your business tasks and meets the project requirements.

4. Equipment manufacturing

What we do

We keep a minimum stock of equipment, enough to deploy the system at a small or medium-sized business site. Deploying the positioning system at a large site may require manufacturing additional equipment.

What you get

As the equipment manufacturer, we can not only produce the required quantity but also adapt the equipment to the requirements of your project. This allows a more flexible solution at optimal cost.

5. Equipment installation and integration with existing systems

What we do

Our team installs the equipment at your site together with a partner company, so installation can run in different parts of the site at the same time. Our specialists will also help your IT department integrate the RealTrac system with your existing video surveillance, access control and any other systems used at your site.

What you get

Deploying the system with our partners and integrators significantly speeds up the commissioning of the local positioning system. Integration with the systems your company uses lets your accounting and management systems receive data on the work of personnel, vehicles and equipment automatically. This takes your business processes to a new level of quality, reduces your company's costs and makes work more convenient for employees.

6. Installation supervision, commissioning and training

What we do

RealTrac specialists carry out installation supervision and commissioning together with the IT staff of your company, so your employees understand how the system works and can maintain it on their own afterwards. We also train your staff to administer the server software and work with the web interfaces, and provide instructions and manuals for routine operations with the software included in the RealTrac industrial safety system.

What you get

During installation supervision, our specialists train employees of your company or your contractor to install access points correctly. Your company can then maintain the system on its own, without our specialists having to visit the site. Training helps you get the most out of the positioning system or any other RealTrac product, which immediately lowers costs and shortens the payback period.

7. Handover and signing of the acceptance certificate

What we do

When handing the RealTrac industrial safety system over to your company, our specialists check that the deployed local positioning system matches the project. Your specialists demonstrate their skills in administering and maintaining the system and in working with the web interfaces and reports. An acceptance certificate is then signed.

What you get

Once the system is handed over, your employees get access to technical support and software updates.
